L & W InterLab (L&W) has been developing web-based
application and providing online services since 2001. L&W had developed
a muti-tier application framework called WebOffoce*, which is built on
the latest web-based technology and service-oriented-architecture. WebOffoce*
provides an integrated environment for web-based business applications.
L&W also has developed customized utility billing software for our
customers including electric power, metering services, billing &
collection, and cable-TV companies. L& W has helped our customers design
more than 50 utility billing services. Based on our WebOffice* technology and experience of utility billing, L&W has
been developing a special field application called Web-Based Utility
Billing Solution (WUBS). L&W providers the service of WUBS through
internet, and plans to provide partnership programs for bundling and
reselling WUBS. |

Scott Liu holds Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, and has more then 20
years of experience in application architecture & development. He
founded L & W InterLab in 2001, and has being responsible for
WebOffice* framework research and development. His knowledge and
hands-on experience have given the company a competitive edge.
Prior to this, Scott worked at Anritus Corporation Japan that is a world
leading company of
information network, measurement, RF & Microwave, fibre-optic
telecommunications and industrial solutions.
As a system analyst, Scott had involved several national projects of
Submarine Cable Measurement System, River Information System, Super Cash
Intensive System, Road Information System,
and Anritsu ERP project (SAP
R/3-4.6).
Prior to Anritsu, Scott had decade of research experience on information
search,
data mining,
and self organization of information. Scott
earned
his Ph.D.
in Computer Science from Tsukuba University (Japan), and is a
SAP
Certified
Consultant (R3, UNIX and Oracle). |
