The On Demand Utility Billing Software (UBS) has tow packages. Web UBS is a web-based application service built upon J2EE technology. It is  running on WebOfficePoint servers. UBS.Net is a window application based on Miscrosoft.Net Framework. It saves all data in local computers and communicates with web servers.

UBS provides web-based application services through internet.  It gives you the capability to share information with your employees, partners and residents on the web.
UBS allows property managers to run utility bills online (or offline), and handle multiple payment types including online banking. UBS also allows co-workers (such as accountant, partner's stuff) to view and print invoices, financial report, meter reading, and resident information from anywhere.

In UBS, residents can log on the web and view their account with real time billing data. UBS also provides an online community, including news & event, classified ads and discussion forum.  

If you want to get your own system, you can switch Online UBS to Offline UBS.Offline UBS is running in your office and communicates with Online UBS.

UBS loads meter readings from file or database. It supports all kinds of meter reading files by customizing data format.

UBS supports multi-building, multi-unit and multi-meter.  Resident data includes default items such as account, address, living status and contact.  System administrator can define extra items such as bank data or second address. 

The formula of  calculation  can be defined by UBS interface, which include energy type, consumption range, rates, administration fee, taxes, total, finance and etc. Invoice generator creates invoices according to meter reading, tenant data and calculation formula.

Invoice paper and report based on HTML format can be viewed or printed from local computers or web servers.
